Aylie Cooke – Business Support Manager
Aylie’s career started 20 years ago working with Fresh and Wild across operations and purchasing but in her time she has worked with many food retail operations, from small start-ups to global companies. Most recently overseeing the buyers and admin teams for grocery, meat and seafood and specialty cheese and charcuterie at Whole Foods Market. Aylie has had a huge hand in helping food and drink producers establish themselves in the retail landscape and with this experience comes a real appreciation of the challenges that both sides of the fence face in navigating the journey from artisan food concept to a brand that gets onto shop shelves.
“ There is so much Marcus and I can do with our combined knowledge and experience to create a foundation on which artisan food producers can grow, including our Code of Conduct; a benchmark for suppliers to follow who join the Artisan Food Club”. Aylie Cooke
